Refund Policy
We offer refunds and reshipments if your order has been delayed, lost, damaged, exchanged, missing one or more parts, or if you cancel the order. The request for a refund or reshipment is considered valid in the following cases:
- Delayed Order
If your order takes more than 60 days from departure from the warehouse without proper tracking information.
For deliveries to the United States, the order is considered delayed after 45 days from departure from the warehouse.
For deliveries to Brazil, the delay is considered after 110 days from departure from the warehouse.
For deliveries to China, the delay is considered after 100 days from departure from the warehouse.
We do not guarantee refunds for certain special delivery methods.
- Order Not Received
If your order has not been received by the expected date, and postal certificates and tracking information confirm non-delivery. We can offer several actions to resolve the issue, depending on the situation:
a) Insufficient or incorrect address
b) Number not found
c) Unknown recipient
d) Refused
e) Not picked up in time
f) Unsecure delivery location
g) Unclear customs
To prove non-delivery, a certificate of non-delivery from your local post office is sufficient.
- Damaged Products
If your order has damages that affect its function. We offer refunds and full or partial replacements, depending on the extent of the damage, within 3 days after delivery, as long as the packaging is not damaged. To prove any damages, a photo or video showing the damaged product is sufficient.
- Missing or Wrong Products
If your order is missing parts or contains items you did not order. We offer a refund or full replacement for wrong products, wrong color or size variant, and for missing parts (replacement only). For errors on a size variant, we can proceed more quickly if you provide a photo of the product measurement according to the correct measuring method.
- Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order before it passes through the warehouse. We offer a full refund for all canceled orders, except for Custom Products.
